We would like to announce the appointment of Mr. Joshua McKenzie as a new Team Member at ACHS.
Joshua comes to us with loads of experience and expertise, which will bring many benefits to ACHS and to our students and families.
Before joining the ACHS team, Joshua was an English as a Second Language teacher for 18 years; 13 years teaching in China, and 5 years teaching here in Australia. He has a degree in Counselling, and he is currently studying a Masters of Teaching.
Let’s hear from Joshua as he tells us something of his story.
Hi and thank you for the warm welcome I have received from families I have already made contact with. I have been married for over 13 years to my beautiful wife, Karen, and we have 2 amazing sons, Ezekiel (10) and Elijah (8), who keep us very busy. In my spare time, I enjoy throwing the NFL ball or kicking the soccer ball around with my boys, playing board games or taking the dog for a walk as a family, and hanging out with and sharing delicious meals with friends. I love my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and it is my prayer that His will will be done here on Earth as it is in Heaven. I am excited and blessed to be able to work for a company like ACHS that is built upon a solid Christian foundation, and where I can be an agent of change in helping provide the support and necessary resources that you as families need to be able to teach and guide your children not only academically, but also, and more importantly, in the ways of Christ. Praying wisdom and blessings over each of our families. Thank you for allowing me, and all of us here at ACHS, to be a part of your journey.
